20+ years of experience in security with expertise ranging in different fields ranging from ICT security, cyber security, business continuity, risk management, antifraud and financial crime. Currently Mr. Agosti is the Group Head of IT Security & Cyber Defense at Generali Insurance Group, with responsibility at a Group level in terms of cyber operations, IT security standard and architectures and Cyber Security transformation plan. Prior to joining Generali, Mr. Agosti has worked in Executive roles for some of the major International Consulting firms, with roles of leadership in Italy and Europe for Cyber Security services in Financial Services, with several speeches as Subject Matter Expert at some of the main industry conferences and working groups. He is graduated in Electronic Engineering with a Master in Technology Management from Milan Politecnico and Executive Management Program from SDA Bocconi.
