With over two decades of leadership experience in the public and private sectors, Matt started his career at Cisco Legal, supporting Global Government Solutions and eventually led legal support for LATAM,U.S.Public Sector, and U.S. Commercial and Enterprise Sales. He was selected to be the Cisco Scholar in-residence at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington D.C., where he studied cybersecurity policy, working closely with industry leaders and government officials. In addition, he spearheaded the divestiture of severalCiscoCollaborationtechnologyproductsandhasmanagedverticalcomplianceforhealthcareandexport controls. Matt is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Officer, where he served as a platoon and company commander, an international law specialist and held a variety of senior legal positions.
