Alessandro Minoia has led an impressive career spanning 10+ years of Cyber Security and Digital experience.
He joined UniCredit in 2019 as a part of UniCredit Group Infrastructure Protection team, leading from 2020 the UniCredit Services Infrastructure Protection Area (Network Security – Server/workload Security, Endpoint Protection, Cloud Security, Mobile security) and responsible for both the evolutions and service operations.
Starting from April 2022 he is responsible for the Delivery and implementation of the Digital Security Program for the UniCredit Group – reporting directly to the Head of Digital Security (CISO) of UniCredit.
He gained solid cybersecurity experience, with a people oriented approach, during his previous experiences as VP and Board member of a telecommunication company, and CEO&Partner of a CyberSecurity firm - KBE srl in San Marino, with vertical focus and responsibility on cybersecurity services for financial institutions.
Alessandro holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degrees from Politecnico di Milano – Telecommunication engineering, as well as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP and 20+ vendor-specific certificates.
Outside UniCredit Alessandro loves to spend quality time with his wife in the mountains- dolomites, especially where there is no signal.
